Pathway
Yeshurun Hebrew Congregation, Cheadle, UK
Our community has been established for nearly 50 years, with an enviable reputation for friendliness and a welcoming atmosphere. At the centre of our success has been our strong inclusive approach to the wide spectrum of modern Orthodox belief and a democratic approach to all aspects of how we manage our shul.
We are very proud of our broad range of activities - we're not just a place to pray but a dynamic community where lifelong friendships are made and treasured.
As well as daily prayer service in the modern Orthodox tradition, we have pioneered prayer services for women and created innovative learning activities for the younger members of our community.
We are located in an attractive part of South Manchester (good housing with excellent transport links) and have everything on hand that you might need - from kosher food shops to an award-winning Primary School.
If you are looking for a shul that offers a welcoming and tolerant view on modern Orthodox Judaism then you have come to the right place!
This website is a resource for our members, but also a mine of information for those considering settling in the area. Please enjoy exploring the links on our site for the facilities and information you need, and feel free to contact us for further details.
