100 adults and 30 children attended an Afternoon Tea put on by the Ladies’ Guild at Yeshurun Synagogue, Gatley to celebrate Yom Haatzmaut.
Entertainment for the children was provided by Bnei Akiva and Habonim.
Yeshurun’s new Rabbi, Chanan Atlas and shul member Joy Wolfe (MBE Chairman StandWithUs, UK Hon.Life President Manchester Zionist Central Council, Vice President Zionist Federation) spoke at the event.
