We invite you to a night out at the Comedy Store. Come and enjoy this unique evening exploring the funny side of faith with comedians from different faith traditions.
The line up has been gathered by Christian comedian and MC Tony Vino, who has run interfaith comedy shows around the country. So come and ‘laugh your faith off’ with Marilyn Berg (Jewish), Imran Yusuf (Muslim), Sol Bernsetin (Jewish), Revd Allan Finnegan (Christian) and Daliso Chaponda (Baha’i), the world’s only international Malawian comedian! This should be a clean show that you could bring your mother too! The guideline to the artists is ‘no swearing and no bigoted humour’. Further details of the artists are on the Comedy Store website via the link further below.
Faith Network for Manchester (FN4M) and the interfaith groups of Greater Manchester have arranged this unique interfaith charity show. All profits will be shared equally between Manchester Women’s Aid, Jewish Women’s Aid, Saheli (aiding Muslim women) and FN4M.
We would be delighted if you can join us for this unique charity evening of faith comedy. We aim to sell out the Comedy Store with 480 people of faith from Greater Manchester! So please help us and invite others who you think will enjoy this special evening! If you are able to print and use the attached poster to help with publicity, we’d be very grateful. If you would like some A6 fliers to publicise to your friends and/or faith community, please email me, or call on the number below and we’ll post some out to you.
Tickets from £10, plus booking fee, are available from the Comedy Store website using either of the links below or by phoning the Comedy Store on the number below.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported Mitzvah Day.
We were inundated with a wonderful variety of cakes which were gratefully received by St Anns Hospice, the Seashell Trust and the Together Trust. Our food bank collection at Sainsburys was a huge success with our Brownies and Yeshurun youngsters being the stars of the day. Councillor Iain Roberts came along to support us too. We have a mountain of bras, thank you ladies, which we will be delivering to John Lewis this week as they have very kindly agreed to send them off for us.
With many thanks to everyone,
Lindsay, Sofie and Suzanne
